A Social Cultural Group, Iyara Development Association (IDA) has congratulated Senator Smart Adeyemi, the Senator representing Kogi West on the successful completion of his 3rd Term as Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

The Group also noted that the 3 terms of the Senator has been eventful, rewarding and justifiable of the confidence reposed on him by Kogi West Electorate.

A statement by the National President of IDA, Alh. Aliyu Badaki explained that Senator Adeyemi has performed creditably as the Community is proud of the value he has added to Iyara Community, Kogi West, Kogi State and Nigeria in general.

In his word “On behalf of the entire sons and daughters of Iyara land, we want to thank God for the wisdom, sound health and might as well successes granted to our beloved worthy son, Distinguished Senator Smart Adeyemi for the completion of his tenure as a three term Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.”

According to the statement, although the journey was not too easy, the Lawmaker has despite the COVID-19 pandemic that ravaged the world and economic hardship provided quality representations which earned him accolades and Awards from reputable Organizations.

It wished Senator Adeyemi success in his future endeavors, adding that the community is proud of his modest achievements, particularly facilitating road network in the Senatorial District.

The statement prayed God to bless the Lawmaker and empower him to do more in his service to God and humanity.
