A community leader in Yagbaland, Chief Shola Adebola Samuel has hailed the reappointment of Dr. Folashade Ayoade Arike, as Secretary to Kogi State Government, describing it as well deserved.
Chief Adebola who is the Oba Elero of Igbagun Kingdom in a statement issued to Newsmen in Lokoja on Thursday also urged the SSG to ignore those calling for her replacement, stressing that her reappointment was divine.
Adebola, a former council chairman of Yagba East LGA described Dr. Folashade as a round peg in a round hole, said her appointment was merited.
âWithout mincing words youâre a perfect fit administrator with a midas touch, the best hand for the position of Kogi SSG.
âYou have kept the government engine running smoothly, you performed to optimum in the last eight years, making you an Amazonâ.
âMyself, along with our people have no fear in your ability to discharge your duties accordingly and appropriately.
“Let no one distract you from focusing on the goal. Those who did not know how you got the reappointment can certainly not be able to remove you from office. God is your rock, your backbone and He’s sufficient to keep you.
âLet me once again congratulate you on your well deserved appointment. You serve Gov Yahaya Bello well, you will do better for the new administrationâ.
