Commissioner Wemi Jones Receives More Stakeholders, as Omo-Odo Youth Leaders from Kabba visits

In an unusual but remarkably deserving solidarity and social political alliance networking, the Omo-Odo Youth Leaders from Kabba in Kabba/Bunu LGA have joined the numbers of the numerous callers at the office of the Commissioner for Education, Hon Wemi Jones on visits to identify with his style of leadership, obviously undeniable impacts, uncountable achievements as a Commissioner and as people’s servant.

This time from Kabba, a well formidable, reliable and popular youth group of the Omo-Odo family of Kabba came in their numbers to congratulate the Commissioner on his reappointment, identify with his political leadership and demonstrate unflinching support to his far reaching and results driven tour of duty as the Commissioner for Education.

Ably led by a well known and popular Kabba Youth Hon Kayode Mathew aka Dolly, the group who are all young and responsible stakeholders says it is ready, available and willing to work closely with the Commissioner for the benefits of their own people in terms of job security and Political patronage.

The group as responsible Kabba people also thank the Commissioner for his assiduous and brilliant efforts that have earned their community a University, a dream they said have been long overdue. They said the people of Kabba will forever remember the efforts of the Commissioner in the citing of the University in Kabba.

While responding, the Commissioner for Education, Hon Wemi Jones expressed shock over the visit, saying that he doesn’t see himself to have done anything spectacular that is now generating the love and prayers he receives daily from Kogi people. Hon Wemi Jones says he has only done the job the Governor appointed him to do and have worked for the progress of his people which is the reason why he ventured into politics.

He said the love he has received have shown that Kogi people are appreciative and grateful people who will always thank you over and over for you that is just doing your work. He said he wouldn’t have been able to receive all these accolades without the deliberate efforts and ingenious prowess of Governors Yahaya Bello and Usman Ododo for their inexhaustible passion for Education and welfare of the poor. He said all praises an FB glory are due to Governor Yahaya Bello and Usman Ododo after God almighty.

Hon Wemi Jones thank the Omo-Odo Youth for identifying with him and for showing him uncommon love through this visit. He said the people they have been able to give jobs are individuals who have gone to school, made good grades and passed the various process of interview and test, stating that he is confident those set of people will make the best of the opportunities they’re gotten.

Hon Wemi Jones assured them that he will not leave any part of the people away from benefitting from every opportunity he has, he said all part of Kabba, Bunu, Ijumu, Yagba, Lokoja, Kogi Central and Kogi East are his people and he will make sure that even the smallest ethnic group or family is very well carried along in the benefits coming from government. He said he is a man of fairness who believes in egalitarianism and will not depart from only the traits that Unite the people at all time. He challenge Okun people to continue I unite for the Ododo led government, stating that he is certain that Governor Ododo will make them proud.
