The Publisher of The Eagle Newsline and Eminence Magazine, Hon. David Arokoyo has hailed the emergence of Kogi State Security Adviser, Commander Jerry Omodara as the leader of the All Progressive Congress, (APC) in Kabba/Bunu Local government area.

Hon. Arokoyo also hailed Omodara’s reappointment as State Security Adviser to Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, having served former Governor Yahaya Bello in the same capacity.

Arokoyo said Omodara’s recent emergence as party leader for the council area was a testament of his leadership prowess that he has displayed over a long period of time.

He also described is former boss reappointment as the reward for dexterity, hard work, loyalty and consistent humanitarian service to the Government and people of the State.

He said the party will not regret trusting his boss with these position, stressing that it is a step in the right direction and a clear indication that God rewards hard work.

Arokoyo passionately eulogized Omodara for showing sterling leadership qualities, “For the period I have worked with him (Omodara) as his Personal Assistant, I recall the love he displayed and the affection he shows to different people not minding the geo political zone or ethnic background they hailed from. His service to the State in the last administration of Governor Yahaya Bello was not in vain.

“I applauded the Eagle eyes of the current Governor, Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo for finding Commander Omodara worthy of the appointment. His reappointment will add value and contribute meaningful to the Renewed Hope Agenda of Governor Ododo in the Area of Security.

“My Boss is a man of destiny, a Security Expert per excellence and unique Retired Navy Commander that has provided useful and resourceful advices to the immediate past administration since he was appointed by former Governor Yahaya Bello.

“There’s something unique about him, he can give his last just to make anyone that crosses his pact happy. His sterling leadership qualities has earned him several awards and accolades from different Professional bodies and groups.”

Arokoyo who was a former Kabba/Bunu Minority Leader added that, he is optimistic that his boss will not disappoint Governor Ododo and the people of the State in his renewed task of providing professional advice and initiating policies that will nip crime and criminality in the bud and as well make the State safe for all.
