Kogi Guber: Okun People Have Spoken Through Their Large Turnout And Reception For APC’s Ododo – Jimoh

A former Governorship aspirant under the ruling All Progressives Congress in the last Kogi Governorship primary election, Adebanji David Jimoh has described the large turnout and reception displayed by the good people of Okun Nation in honour of the candidate of the ruling APC in the forthcoming Kogi State Governorship election, Alhaji Usman Ododo as a good omen and a testimony that the people have trust and believe in the leadership of Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello.

Adebanji David Jimoh in a statement signed and made available to newsmen said the visit of the APC Governorship candidate to Kabba, the headquarters of Kogi West Senatorial district where he was received was timely and good omen for the ruling APC.

“As you can see, the large turnout and reception is a testimony of the people’s believe in the APC led government and the achievements recorded under the leadership of our able and focused Governor. It is also a sign of good succession planning that will make Kogi to continue to witness massive and superlative development in the next government of Alhaji Usman Ododo”.

“Let me use this opportunity to appeal to the good people of Okun Nation in particular and Kogi State at large to come out en-mass in the forthcoming Kogi State Governorship election to vote overwhelmingly for the APC candidate, Alhaji Usman Ododo, whom he noted would lead our beloved Kogi State to a great height where development and properity will be seen across the nooks and crannies of the state.

“Alhaji Usman Ododo has the capacity to deliver. He is qualified, experienced and well connected to lead the good people of Kogi State for the pride of all”.

The former Governorship aspirant thanked the traditional rulers and the good people of Okun Nation for their support for Governor Yahaya Bello in the last seven years and enjoin them to extend the same support to Alhaji Usman Ododo when elected as Governor, noting that he, Ododo will not disappoint the people of the state.
