The Governorship candidate of the African Democractic Congress, ADC, Elder Leke Abejide has finally settled for former commissioner for Health, Dr. Omede Idris as his running mate in tbe November 11 governorship election for Kogi state.

Dr. Omede served as Health Commissioner under Governor Idris Wada.

Omede whose name has been successfully uploaded to INEC portal has replaced the initial placeholder who is an Ebira man.

Omede is from the Igala extraction of Kogi East Senatorial district.

the combination has been hailed at many quarters because of the uprightness of both personalities.

He will be unveil official next week Friday.
